RVR, I thought about that issue as well. My conclusion is that EM have possibly been restricted from promoting AKP technology by name directly on their website due to ASX disclosure rules. We as shareholders have been totally frustrated by the lack of information and updates disclosed to the market. It seems reasonable to suggest the same restrictions would have been applied to EM. Now their name is associated with the AKP chip in a public announcement it would be very disappointing if the EM website was not updated very quickly to reflect the name of the company that has developed and owns the technology that will allow EM to package these MEMS.
Just my tuppence worth of thinking on this issue as it was initially perplexing to see the AKP MEMS and description of their technology on another company website without any reference or acknowledgement to AKP as owner.
