    $231 for module 1,
    $138mill loan,
    $10 posco prepayment module 1 fines
    $40 posco prepayment module 2 fines.

    leaves $43mill.

    We have allowances for 20 mill capital and 20 mill cost overun facility, but this would not be apart of the 138mil construction loan.

    Hope the above is correct.
