Im guessing they know posco dont need product for there facillity for 2 yrs, mid 27 as posco have said.
Therefore, dont rush and give up dilution to a partner when we can potentially borrow more and sell a less stake in company.
all this has been pointed too in JDV latest videos aince our AGM.
