some share holder was hoping for further weakness in share price as the management can buy more shares with $15 million buy back
which in one way can add value to share holders.
at the same time it's hard to see the value of share price get eroded at the moment
personally I'm trying to accumulate as much as I can at this price.
perhaps short term pain with long term gains.
