In relation to Longmile..... The simple proceedure was to buy the company first and then go from there. .. When queried about the SP simple explanation. .... They were never in a position to buy the company and never were going too.

Whilst they are unlisted they can do what they like as they are not governed by listing rules....... I doubt they would be smart enough to buy into a company that is capable of turning profitable.... We enjoy the profits of the investment while they reaply
