28th Aug delisted unless paid in cleared funds
Due in June- not paid so months overdue
process then invisible to holders as no further ASX announcements
Obviously if there was interest and available $ to keep listed and effort would be made top pay these and keep listing open but as probably not seen as a "clean' shell the value of listed entity shell with holders will be flushed . Good bye shell value as possibly too hard to straighten books and comply?

Back to murky unlisted public company status and administration / liquidation .....hmmm who would have guessed that????
