WOW!! benmc, you really do need to read the announcement carefully. The details are that the lend is for 3 and a bit months so the interest cannot be 560K. IMO it works to less than 7%. They would not do this without a business plan, unless you have knowledge of FAS that you are not telling us.
The only thing I agree with you is the BUY, but i would put it at long term rather than short term.
