Unless they start finding the edges soon we'll be lucky to see a Mineral Resource before Easter. PFS will not be completed in 2021, no chance of that. FS 6-12 months later. You dont skip those steps with a project this size, no-one is that silly any more. Unless you're a minnow like Silverlake and I dont think they have the pockets to realistically get involved.

Instos at the moment are speculative investors, not dividend investors. IMO at least. The orphan period is yet to come unless there is a takeover. Production is no less than 3-5 years away. Hemi is not some titchy little free-milling Gruyere.
