This is an amateur response. There is an accelerated rights issue structure which provides retail with access under these circumstances. The discount was massive and shows weakness with management/directors, but was more than ample to accommodate a rights issue structure. Management and directors have lost credibility through what should have been a very positive transaction. I'm sure they will say it was the brokers that pushed them down this path but we rely on management to appoint good advisors to avoid these situations happening. I have no doubt FZO will continue to trade at a significant discount to broker valuations.
