if they replace that with other telcos that’s 26m revenue just from telcos (you need to apply a % share assumption to this for the telcos to take a cut)

they need very very very small % penetration to their target markets to get to very big annual recurring revenues. And all the evidence is sign up rates are accelerating in schools, and telecoms trials have had very good response rates in smaller numbers which is exactly why Telkomsel is going to full rollout
