It's a JV Mike and the JV makes the final decisions not CNE ,the JV is doing everything that one would expect it to do in evaluating and appraising these leases as agreed to with the Govt. We are working to the JV's agenda, which we have some say in and we are financing our share of it to retain our share of it..
A JV got us these assets and when you join one you do what they do until late you exit it, one would be mad to leave it at the moment...
