"Depending on connectivity the reality is we could have 20+ wells (producers and injectors) so it would be better to get an early start on that little lot ASAP rather than mess around now with one well.
My guestimate our cost is approx $30 mil ++ for FAN south it's deep, I think FAN 1 was close to twice that anyone remember ?"

Connectivity is related to the upper sands ,phase one of this project is around the lower sands which don'the need conductivity testing and won'the require many wells. This connectivity testing has a lot more to do with the longterm life of the field not the shirt term..

South FAN 1 drilling depth will be much the same as SNE, the main difference is it is in deeper water so will require a longer drill string and riser...it will be more expensive but not a lot more...FAN 1 was expensive because rig costs were almost 3 times as much, it was an inefficient rig and it had cost overruns because of BOP issues...
