spot on austin - but if mkt starts thinking too much and believes FAR might win - then sp will appreciate - but then if they do not win - crash back to were we are now, but still retain 15% will still support them in the end.
i do not however understand why this will slow project, since in the end from day 1 after WPL supposedly won the 35% all monies put in will be returned to WPL including payment to COP - so no one is out of pocket - this allows the project to continue and of course WPL will continu to contribute as normal - to not continue to contribute their 35% would not be good look - suggests they are uncertain of their equity, and would not please Senegal Gov either.
i believe the project will continue as normal, and this may have been one of the sticking points made by the Senegalese Gov - to understand that if arbitrations is filed - the project WILL NOT BE DELAYED!!
just my thoughts - but believe barring mkt expectations there is little downside for FAR
