You are absolutely correct. To me its like printing money at the cost of currency value. In this case share holders value. Some say they added value but from my experience leases are worthless unless you have the cash to explore.
The few mill we have in the bank account may be enough for one deep water well? Then what, followed by a cap raising of 2 billion shares at .5 cents?
Unless they plan to spin off a new company and transfer the risk and stop dilution we are heading for the worst.
Dilution may also affect executive shareholdings but it does guarantee a good salary for the next couple of years!
