Yes, a certain HC poster relayed a message that a FAR executive had just returned from UK with secured finance, but was unable to convey this, due to self-isolation.
Kinda like the chance of success at PE was 70%. That claim went on for 3 plus years!!!
These so-called back channels, reading of the tea leaves, are really nothing more than someone's fantasy of what they hope it will be like.
All made up to justify one's own pre-disposition or one's over-exposure in FAR.
Totally unreliable and without merits.
