Nobody other GO has said it has fallen through.
I stated (if you actually read what I wrote), FAR has been vague in their communication.
"Its a very typical strategy of FAR.
FAR could have easily said they secured USD $300M finance and was now seeking unsecured finance.
But they chose to be vague about it - note, very similar to the Sept announcement of "ability to secure finance".
The market does not like it.
Furthermore, remember who came out to empathetically proclaimed FAR "got" finance back in Sept 2019?!?"
