Ann: FAR update, page-62

Hi DB, in typical FAR fashion, it's not clear.

They have the 150 million but this statement is vague

FAR’s discussions with financiers are materially compromised in the present market conditions.
Disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the crash in oil price are presenting challenges to
our debt process. The company will provide further information as soon as possible.

There is just a mention of debt process and they have not mentioned the 300 million debt in the same light as our 150 million cash.

Because of no mention, my thoughts automatically bundle the 300 million into the debt process statement. If this is not the case then they should clarify as my immediate thoughts upon reading their statement was that it was not complete yet and those contracts were "being reviewed" but had not yet been signed.

The other question is do they want to be locked in paying interest? Are they trying to negotiate delays based on current circumstances? Lots of unknowns.
