There will be no Take Over ..imo... the asset (SNE)... will be 'handed back' to the JV...imo.... leaving a shell with high salaries... maybe half a cent of cash.. that will quickly evaporate.... and the same incompetents running it.... unless Gav pushes em into admin... which is an even worse scenario.... for holders....the games begin.....Popcorn anyone?
