Agree. There has been massive wealth destruction, under this crew.
Whilst they were highly remunerated - through salaries and bonuses, shareholders have suffered 80 to 90% wealth destruction.
I can't believe why anyone would consider giving them another go!!!
Haven't the mistakes been painful enough?
The fact is, when you are employed as an executive, you are paid very well to deliver.
If you can't deliver after more than 5 years, then its time to go.
