You could be onto something here.
See they mention BDM , used to be EHX a silver play backed by William O Keefe, the man behind Riversdale ( coal) and CIA (iron ore). At one point it was hyped from 7c to 20c , then fell to 2c. They raised money at 2.5c , acquired diamond project in Canada and few more projects incl the one mentioned in the ann and share price multi bagged to now 27c.
It stumped me too that Phil Coulson picked diamond project, exactly like last time he picked REE project for VML when people expected tech project.
