They follow each other on Twitter. They both partially based in NYC. They are both AI experts and leaders in their field in their respective countries of Australia and Canada. They are working on an international AI project together. (See attached). Phillip Coulson’s rare earth project based in Canada. In fact largest in the world outside China. There are only 2 reasons for their resignations IMO. Either they are not happy with the future direction of the company/have better ideas. Or most likely, something bigger is brewing, and given their large shareholding, don’t want issues of conflict of interest or for the deal to not go through by regulators. They may not have official title, but IMO, given their large ownership, still have power and activity behind the scenes...
