Its important to understand that Faria converted earlier than they had to - I think they have real confidence in Rob and the team
Another 5mil options were converted @ 2 cents also which is another 100k to the cash balance
Still about 45mil options left which expire 4 Oct so its in the interest of the company to get the SP above 2 as this is another $900k
