It went out the lower bollinger and bounced straight back in, a sign the trend was reversing. Which it did, as it went from .017 to 0.02.
I don't see this closing at 2.2 today. As I mentioned, it's set up for a reversal, it still needs some level of volume. Not there yet. Then maybe it will cross the moving average and give a profit target.
