How can this Kito well ever happen under SWE.
SWE Administrator Appointed have no money so why and how can the Administrator drill a well. That's not their job.
OEL have a Court action against SWE. Until this is settled, potentially the Kito lease may be in play.
Maybe OEL could get the well drilled but SWE have to hand it over.
