re: Ann: Farm-In Agreement on Excised Area of... I like this. Primarily because it evidences the commitment that Bill Bloking has to his strategy and that he has the capacity to get deals done.
I've never been much interested in Windabout and MG1 but if Terrace can get a project up then it would deliver a good cashflow for a number of years for modest capital investment. Not a company maker but definitely a dilution minimiser if they are good enough.
The deal looks well structured with Terrace carrying the cost of the necessary studies and then the next $2.5 million dollars. Presently it's largely worthless, we might make a serious return on someone else's effort and capital - hard to complain about that.
Now to look forward to what deals might come next in the months to come?
