As I said on the other thread, the 2 companies listed as subsidiaries of Todd are different companies to VKA. VKA was formerly Viking Ashanti and changed it's name to Viking Mines around 2014. Annual reports are readily available on their website showing it is the controlling entity in it's own corporate structure (not a subsidiary of anyone!) and also details the top 20 holders with no indication Todd has any interest. (I have only gone back as far as 2010!)
It would be beyond belief if our Directors agreed to a sale of assets to an associated company our major shareholder without full disclosure - it's all on the public record.
I am not surprised at Sarah Wilson (our co secretary) also being the secretary of another small WA company...........
( I think the bigger issue is the minimal consideration we are getting for Canegrass simply because we don't want to be involved in any sort of J/V)
