As far as i can tell he used to work at Hartley's, not likely any more. Seems he has some investment through family trust or some such that shows up regularly on spec miners explorers as major share holders over the years. This time seems taking a full equity stake I am guessing to build a speccie .... Seems strange to me that GRL don't just find some already existing explorer rather than this way. Whilst there is little risk for GRL, rewards might not be coming for sometime if at all given that a newco has to find investors, explore, float etc
