There is always the possibility the company was created to quarantine the JV within, asset protection and exposure limitation.
What counts is the management, their experience and ability to make this work. I am not going down a rabbit warren looking for problems at this stage. I trust that Ian has sanctioned this and done DD.
There are clear timelines and expenditure requirements, we wait and watch.

I am happy that they are focussed on the main game being CHE and LP, realistically we can only do so much without help. Our finances dictate this.
It seems to me that management acknowledge this, have recruited help with relatively low risk involved at this stage.
Time will tell.

The main game for GRL is as previously said, CHE and LP, These two potential monsters will take every cent we have if they are as we expect.
I would rather have 95% attention directed here as they are unquestionably the company makers.
