Interesting. Orange may have a bigger plan at tenement consolidation/floating a newco. I am of the opinion at this stage these are only minor assets of Godolphin and would not receive much attention for some time considering what GRL already has.
I would have thought it might have been helpful to mention who the experienced mining executives are.

A quick look at ASIC shows Orange Minerals pty ltd has its registered office at Level 1, 115 Cambridge Street, WEST LEEDERVILLE WA 6007. A search on the internet shows Bruining Partners have offices there. They appear to be financial planners. Nick Bruining is a "Your Money" columnist for the West Australian.
The sole director of Orange Minerals is DAVID KENNETH WALLACE MICHAEL and the sole shareholder is ST BARNABAS INVESTMENTS PTY LTD which holds the single share non beneficially.
ST BARNABAS INVESTMENTS PTY LTD has the same registered address as ORANGE MINERALS PTY LTD.
Not too much given away there.
