I can't see any likely benefits for CGT from a farm in that could eventually lead to NML owning 75% of these two tenements, but Ballarat is the main game as I see it so I'm inclined to ignore the long term possibilities of the farm in. CGT has plenty of other viable tenements so virtually giving away two of them seems of no great importance, but does make it look like the CGT Board has lost some of its marbles
