Rich deposit stranded due to access issues.
Mineral Resources organised a farm in arrangement a few years back - I gather with development to be dependent on them confirming the resource and getting shipping access from Port Hedland’s potential South West Creek expansion (which a bunch of juniors {including BCK?} had dibs on, so as to make transportation cost effective.

That announcement has still not dropped but has been hinted at as ‘imminent’ for several months with MIN apparently being in lead position for rights to that terminal (or berths?) and other majors wanting it too... and I think the government holding back on approval partly because it has been wanting whoever gets it to do a major port expansion elsewhere.
