Good data thankyou, with anything there is risk but yes Bck has come up an down before and now own 50% of resource.

A couple of issues to consider
- IO prices in 5 years time
- Trucking 25 mill tn pa is difficult and costly
- Other big players all have submitted applications for the same port access ?. To my knowledge anyhow
- Hong Kong is China now imo from the laws changing ?
- worth a gamble for 5 years ?.

imo in 5 years IO prices should be back to around 60 $ once Brazil and everywhere gets sorted out plus china are building the massive IO plant in Africa. Chinese dont take 5 years imo maybe 2

Yes considerable risk but isn’t the stock market atm.
