I love this deal. Mitigates the risk of "betting the farm" for the expensive process of developing an underground mine to the start up. Weolyu, Hampyeyong and Kochang are all quarantined from this deal and obviously not be fractionally dealt away, either at all or before exploring fully.
Typical wet blanket market reaction. Try making sense of it? Market effectively values all assets at $0. Market values SAU 1 mil lower because of farm in arrangement of small fraction of assets valued at $0. Go figure!
Simon Mitchell impresses me greatly with his wheeling and dealing. A good mix of energy, drive and conservative approach. This will be another great cash flow "string in their bow".
