In my mind it is a smart move. We are a small company that is yet to develop operational structures/methodolgies let alone build a operations team (not cheap in the current climate). Why not learn from some of the best in the world. Little steps people, little steps. we have to crawl before we can walk and run, considering that we have only just gotten off the floor this year we are doing fairly well.

Learning from Santos and Total will benifit the Company when it comes to fully developing surprise.
