    What is Shallow worth to us if we hit the best guess? Couple hundred mill? COS is what, like 30%? Hard to believe anything is built into the share price.

    so what is holding it back - general market, cap raise coming, no one believes COS, market doesn’t think we will secure the rig, etc??

    At a loss as usual with this stock.
