Sure there are defintely circumstances and excuses but life's tough & results & performance matters to short term investors who have seen 50% value gone during his tenure. He's on a watch and has benefit of the doubt at the minute but has to start delivering on potential or will be gone.

Tough gig at the top, but that's why he gets an executive pacakage to help with the sob stories.
