re: Ann: Farm-out of Interest in PSC, Offshor... Roc's 2P reserve drops by 3.5 million barrels and its 2C resource drops by 15.9 million barrels with this farmout in place....terms will the same as ROC's farmin.... so now , Roc gets back $10 million of the purchase price , decreases its capital commitments for redevelopment of the fields by 40%, but loses $9-10 million out of the $23-25 million post tax profit PA associated with the current production and 40% of future phase 2 production......hmmmm...I give up....maybe it is best that HZN take over .
