The only reason i could imagine , to quickly get " rid" of Fowler in a " bored" " i dont care , just take it fast " looking way. , is a dramatic not to say spectacular drill series in one or more of the Satellites !
Dramatic in that way , Andrew might say " ok , then we need to let go some others , since this changes the game so much ,that we need so much more drilling here now unexpected, we go all and only Silver !" ( 2nd Paris poss.)
That might be a reason to get rid of Fowler acting annoyed looking ........
