So, moving swiftly along… what happens if we get a proper partner for Shallow and it is full of 33-79 mmbbls luvly oil, as advertised and it flows like the clappers? Do we need a new, local Rafa facility or would we still have to make use of the Ungani facility we own 30% of? I’m thinking that sounds like a headache, (which is French for mindfck) and all things Ungani are best left to the sabre toothed tigers now. I’m not sure exactly how it would work, but it seems the best solution involves the ultimate Rafa Partner being the lucky Shallow winner too, then it can all be developed for production together… any better ideas?
