I can understand the decision to back out to 30%.
Buru hedge a little with a finger in the pie, but leave the focused execution and vigour of new Ungani oil discovery and extraction to a dedicated operator.
That means some cash flow in the background eventually, while we drill for significant oil in Shallow and fortify an elevated entry cost to a new Raf partner based on deep, currently ongoing extensive analysis of Raf and other plays from the same kitchen.
Seems like the only sp catalysts will be a discovery during drilling and eventual 2H / Geovault spinoffs to tangibly force a reasonable sum of parts valuation.
Heading in the right direction.
