Not really my position to outline a better option without any meaningful information. However, the company should outline and make it apparent why this is the best option for shareholders. Have they done that? Not in my view. In my experience the time to divest an asset is either a) at top of a commodity cycle or b) if someone else sees significantly more value than the current holder. Neither seem to apply in this case…The implication is it’s close to worthless unfortunately; hopefully I’m very wrong.
