I agree.
EXR's Mongolian projects really didn't seem to be going anywhere, and to be perfectly honest, don't look all that promising. This way they can jump on board if successful, but don't have to waste any more money, and can focus their technical efforts and spending elsewhere
While it might not be what people envisioned 4-5 years ago, the reality is that the assets really don't seem to be as good as they appeared at that time, and avoiding any more spending is a great outcome in my opinion.
