Perhaps yes- not sure what the obligation is on further exploration (if any) besides the Nomgon pilot.
Reading between the lines, given the lack of validated data about desorption etc, I'd assume the pilot would need more work- perhaps lots more, perhaps more holes.....so who knows what a "minimum" expenditure would be in that regard?
We'd need another raise no matter what the planned expenditure.
