Its the sort of deal I think we were expecting, eg, in-house local (previously involved) etc.
We need to wait, as others suggested, for what they will be doing, costs incurred etc but how much we get told is another thing.
It was a black box before and we were a listed Company so have minimal/no expectations that anything will come back to EXR.
Poor deal NY, poor management of Mongolia your flagship project and poor reporting to SH, you really did sell us out.
The question needs to be asked that we do have potential in Aus and some ok opportunity but is NY and the current board capable of delivering - the market will see what we have not done and my guess is they have no faith in the current team looking after their money.
We do not have real technical, market, regulatory/geopolitical challenge in Aus but we do have investor ones with access to funding!
