This has to be the most Baloney excuses of all...... He decided to use :
Taylor Collison Limited, Originate Capital Pty Ltd and MST Financial Services Pty Ltd acted as Joint Lead Managers to the Placement.
And He gave Instos and Sophos stock at 3.5 cents...and garbage Options...weeks and month before Shareholders...LOL.. He knew it with no doubt... expecially that happened before.... that the stock price would go south due to some of the parties selling it right away after they getting it.
That's why you sharholders did not get yours at the same time.... CANNING? oh yes....... you get yours when the price is lower LOL......
This only gets better.... every announcement or videos..... well until August is a long long way away......
