You have alluded to this a couple of times now, and you are more right than wrong on specific facts that don't seem to be in the public sphere. It goes to show that you are very well connected and know about ongoing conversations before anyone else does. It's a bit suss.

Anyway, for people who don't know the person behind Gobi Terra UK, Bayanjargal Byambasaikhan, he used to be on the EXR board and is on the Mongolia Business Council to. This are his creds:

Currently represents Envision Group in Mongolia, a global leader in energy transition.
Chair of the Mongolian Hydrogen Council (since 2021), promoting hydrogen industry policy & investments.
Vice-Chair/Chair of the Business Council of Mongolia (since 2010), supporting economic development and the Boao Forum for Asia.
