For what my input is worth, I actually think you are spot on. There is always a “brokers and house“ friend disrupting and commentating on highly speculative plays when it gives them a financial incentive.

To provide some context it doesn’t happen to all juniors ie it hasn’t and won’t occur for the foreseeable future to Omega for the obvious reason it is tightly held, but it happened to IVZ for example.

With reference today’s announcement I think it is quite a sensible move that still gives us options to move in different directions dependant upon the future outcomes of Mongolia but also those of our domestic plays.

Anyone that has followed our stock long enough is fully aware that our QLD play is where our full attention is and this move on Mongolia allows that separation that our ultimate suitors will find more attractive.

This move today is a logical decision that has been on the cards for a while now, and whilst it is one that bites for us long term holders it clearly positions us for a return of some kind in due course. Dependant upon many factors it could be only average but also could be still very beneficial. Reality is the real value has pivoted sometime ago to our QLD interests.

Interesting times but I remain calm and confident that the market will eventually adjust to our true value.

We have serious businesses surrounding us and engaging with us all the while the demand for the product has increased dramatically.
