hopefully will rebuild at 12 and move on up from there. Free carry through seismic is fantastic (i.e. no expense for the next 12 months) and a little extra cash to invest in another block in South East Asia. California will be earning them more p/a and partners with experience in that area of Asia de-risks further works incredibly. They just need to get some investment institutes to take note and maybe a bit of media coverage as all the ducks seem to be lining up.
