so, assuming that CNE sells some of its stake (25.1%) .......and FAR sells its entire 15% (pre back-in)......then the Operatorship of the SNE development is essentially "up for grabs".
the only question any acquirer has to answer - cheaper to buy the entity (and so call option over gambia extenstion), or just the asset.....
this is what happens when dilution occurs - mr market gets annoyed at the yearly cap in hand ........
Far could end up as a cashbox - see KAR for an obvious example of how ell this has worked for investors .........
