I reckon that you are on the money.
I think that there may be more than CN overseas for this pending meeting so if there is a number of the senior people asleep I think that it is more important for this company to have the senior people well rested to attend to more important matters than to awaken them for a newspaper article causing a 4 hour delay in trading.
